ELECTO BALLOT is committed to protecting the privacy of voters and organizations using the platform. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Vote Anonymity

Votes are stored with a one-way cryptographic token hash only. It is architecturally impossible to link a cast vote to the voter who submitted it, even for ELECTO BALLOT staff or database administrators.

Data We Collect

For organization administrators: name, email address, and billing information. For voters: name, email address, and a hashed PIN. We never store raw PINs.
