By using ELECTO BALLOT, you agree to use the platform only for lawful voting and election purposes. Organizations are responsible for ensuring they have the right to add voters to their account.

Acceptable Use

ELECTO BALLOT may not be used for fraudulent elections, voter manipulation, or any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Subscriptions & Billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
